What the hell "on going investments in enhanced tools and expanded protections" are you talking about????

You mean the daily glitches that continually pop up on this site????  The ones you can't or won't fix???? Seems to me and many others that all you're "investments" are geared toward screwing sellers into the ground!!!!  THANK GOD I"M STRICTLY A BUYER ON THIS SITE!

I don't have a problem paying a fee to ebay to process the taxes.  It is extremely complicated (city taxes, county taxes, state taxes, and some I've probably never heard of).  My gripe is that it should be a fixed fee, not a percentage of the tax.  I'll never be convinced that if one item has a $2 tax and one has a $20 tax, it costs ten times the amount for ebay to process the higher taxed item.

What does it say most collectibles categories except and then it doesn't list exceptions? Here's a screenshot

Paying extra fees for useless AI garbage is ridiculous. Also, the automated offers system is buggy AF and results in you sending offers well below what you ever intended.

Any seller of any size and/or experience disables both of those functions.

So thanks for nothing... as usual.

P.S.

1. How about fixing best offers so multiple orders/items can be combined for shipping purposes? Now THAT would be a useful feature.

2. Instead of the limits on eBay Standard Envelope being 1 item up to $20 or multiple items up to $50, how about making it any number of items up to $50? Nothing is more annoying than having an order for $22 and NOT being able to use Standard Envelope because of a **bleep** arbitrary limitation.

So adjusting means raising, right? I just want to be sure I'm understanding this, as we're all pretty stupid out here. If you had said raising, you could have typed two less characters and all those electrons would not have died in vain. Once again, we're fuct.

If you are viewing on a small screen it is not displaying all the way across the page. The exception categories are in the box below. There is no change for non-sport trading cards and comic books

ebay can't leave well enough alone. They're doing about the same things that Amazon has been doing. That is why I dropped Amazon years ago. Most of the time that ebay does updates, it's not much improvement, if any. It's almost always a headache to relearn. Hey ebay, why can't you just quit screwin up a good product? You add a bunch of junk that is not needed & then raise the already too high rates; while bragging on how great of job you did. Does ebay ever contact sellers to see what they want? I've been a seller for 20+ years & they have never asked my opinion about a change they're making until AFTER it's done. Then it doesn't matter how loud or long you complain about it 'cause they're not about fix it.

Lowering fees would be a better idea against the USPS raising postage rates, IMHO.   There are no fees to trade stocks.

Great - making using eBay less and less attractive. Fees are already too high and now you're jacking them up again. Time to rethink using this scam.

No problem with the increase. It's their platform to run as they please. It's not unreasonable.

I DO have a problem with the pretense that this is being done to "enhance" the seller experience.

That is an insult to everyone's intelligence. Everyone knows this.

Unless, in exchange for the increase my listings will appear sans ads galore for every item save mine?

Doubt that one.

After all these years, I am used to eBay nickel and diming me.  But what really sucks is the search engine. It's a miracle anyone finds anything they are looking for.

Man, books already went up recently and they are up again.  15.3% is a lot!

Books and Magazines category is out of control! The last time it went up I asked Customer Rep why and they told me it was because that category gets to use Media Mail so their cost is less. They didn't even know that magazines could not use Media Mail so when I asked them about that they told me that all the Top Rated Sellers use it for magazines so they didn't see the problem.

I'd really like to know why eBay feels books and magazines should be so high a final value fee.
