I am atop rated seller and have been for months but its not visible when I look at my store as someone else, when I am signed out. Can can I get this to be displayed

Btw- how undermining is it to train a buyer for 15 years as to what constitutes a top rated seller..... Then make such a stupid and irrelevant change so as to kick it a huge portion of the actually trs because of free returns?    It leaves buyers wondering what happened to all the good sellers, especially wondering why they have been replaced by only huge Asian market junk sellers that can afford the bad policies but provide bad service

It is because you do not offer FREE returns. That is what the last 3 posts, starting with mine, are complaining about. If you offered FREE returns then buyers would see the TRS badge in the search results. Since you dont, they only see it on your feedback page.
