I am atop rated seller and have been for months but its not visible when I look at my store as someone else, when I am signed out. Can can I get this to be displayed

Yes, that is correct. The top rated seller badge is only displayed on listings that qualify for top rated plus. Otherwise, it is displayed on your feedback page, but not on your listings.

In order to have your TRS badge show up in your listings, your handling time must be 1 day or less AND offer free 30 day returns. Otherwise your buyer will only know your Top Rated when looking at your feedback page.

your return system is the problem

TRS sellers have to pay for returns.........not the buyers as you have listed

what is the lowest % I have to list as free returns?

all of them.......its actually pretty simple

if you dont want to be a TRS then you do not have to offer free returns

 only the items that qualify will get the badge or notation

I don’t have a store but I noticed this on the eBay app “new profile view”, where it used to say top rated seller above my name is gone also the star rating is gone. 
Although when I click on the “about” link it states there that I am a top rated seller.

This is total **bleep** by the way. This is Ebay once again forcing a policy on you so you stand out. I've been top rated for 20+ years, used to have a badge for most of those years, a badge we work hard to maintain. Now no badge at all in search results unless I offer the top tier screw the seller package? Gee thanks. I'm not paying for a return just because someone bought the wrong item, didn't due their due diligence, didn't read our description, etc. We're not Amazon. We cannot afford to lose money on returns. Forcing sellers to eat return shipping costs is a way to compete with Amazon, Ebay is not Amazon and should stop trying to be. That's not what made this site, and not what this site should be, imo.

I'm in total agreement. I too have worked hard to regain my TR status and now I no longer get a badge displayed unless I pay for returns..total **bleep**! I sell high end collectibles with higher than normal shipping costs due to insurance and signature confirmation. So Ebay wants me to eat the cost for someone to return? totally crazy!

I am in complete agreement! This badge is now works and does nothing to help a potential buyer feel confident about a purchase. eBay has made it basically a free shipping badge!  So stupid to basically put down your top rated sellers... These are the sellers that are proven and actually provide the best service...... And strengthen the platform. Free returns should have nothing to do with a top rated seller badge.... A return policy yes.... But free-that is just ridiculous and out of touch
