- Find a topic that is similar to your own by typing a few words into the search field on that page.
- Scroll down to the bottom of that related help page and click the "Contact us" option to open automated chat.
- If the typing slot does not appear in the chat, you may need to click "show more" or decline the available options.
- When the chat slot appears, type "agent" into the chat box.
- You will then be shown the option to chat with a human or to request a human callback.
- If requesting a call, be sure that your phone settings do not block any types of calls.
