how to put a account on hold

I am trying to help this seller euriskodata. He is in the hospital long term and has been unable to get ebay to put his account on hold. What gives because people are still buying from his site and then he has to deal with refunding peoples money

You can do 'Time away'...to put items on hold not sold for a period of time.

'Refunding people's money'...there is no hold on that...that needs to be done.

As stated, there is NO 'on hold'; there is 'Time Away' (which was "Vacation"); that seller should put Time Away for long term and MAKE sure they check the box 'hide items'.

By the way, Time Away cannot be 'hidden' if seller has 'auctions'= seller should end all auctions asap.
