exporting listings with description

So I know ebay does nto export the description of the the listings the the Report section so I have been trying to use the tool at https://www.isdntek.com/ebaytools/ActiveContentEditor.htm

For some reaosn, Im getting all of my listings labeled under the purple menu, meaning "No scan". 

Anyone here can help with this?
