eBay APP unable to clear old purchases

I have been using the ebay app for years now.  recently in my purchaes tab old purchases have appeared and they are greyed out, I cannot not delete them in the app, I don't see them in my summary on the desktop where I can choose to hide them, and they are not muiltiple purchases from the same seller ( I know that to hide/remove these from the app view one has to go into the desktop and do it there).  I have tried clearing my app cache and data, force stopping the app and restarting, restarting my phone (no real help as I restart my phone daily any ways), and signing out completely, tried deleting the app.  It isn't setting any where in the app that I can easily find if it is.  The strange thing is if I delete a recent purchase through the app it does remove it from the purchase list.  The list is so long as it has stuff from the past three years and scrolling down it is all greyed out, with the execption of my recent purchases that I have not received and left feedback for then removed from the list in the app.  Need someone to help who has experienced this issue in the app. I am using the app on an galaxy note 8

You can help them answer your questions by adding to your post,

1) the device,
2) the OS version your device is using, and
3) the version of the App you are having difficulty with.

I have same exact issue... Annoying... Hopefully it gets fixed in a near update

Having the same annoying problem of old purchases that I have “hidden” on my desktop suddenly showing up on my IPhone app. Major major annoying! Ebay, please allow ME to decide which purchases I want to see! I only want to see purchases that have not yet been completed, meaning the ones I have not yet received. Would you want to see lists of the groceries you bought for the past two or three years? No! Of course not! So annoying!

Im having the same problem!!! Its so annoying, i always delete completed purchze so k dont have my history ao full. Ut now i cant do it in the app! And when i go to my desktop they dont show there eBay please help! I dotn want to hve them on my history!

Still happening with latest build on Android (Pixel 3XL).

eBay, consider raising the priority of fixing this bug. It is annoying to your loyal customers. 🙂

Agreed this seems like a no brainer why are purchases over a year old still listed and cant be deleted. Please fix ebay this should not be an issue in 2019.
