Custom categories not appearing in store

Hello!

I've been having a bit of an issue when trying to add custom categories to my eBay store. 

My custom categories are by size (Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL+) and I've added them using the create custom categories option in the store editor. I've also gone through and added a few items from my listings to each category. 

However, when I go to view my store, I don't see any of my custom categories listed in the left menu option. There are only the default eBay item categories. 

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any advice?

Scroll to the bottom and make sure that the store categories and not the eBay categories are chosen.
