You probably get better results by trying social media. Their phone support has mort likely gone to the wayside since covid.

What is your problem: we users can some times help and more often then not are able to give better advice than some of the CS reps you will get.

Is it live chat? If so, give it a try. I prefer live chat over a phone call. But, yes, give us a try here on the community forum to see if we can help you.

At the bottom of most help pages, if you click on Contact Us, select See More in the pop-up, and Contact an Agent, you can usually request a call back from CS. Of course, no telling how long it'll take them.

Me too...sometimes it's very hard to understand them as I believe they are based overseas somewhere and trying to figure out their English can be challenging, not to mention frustrating.

Sometimes if you write "call me" in the chat it will automatically ask for a phone number and a cs rep will call you. Give it a try.

As ebay reports here, you can no longer directly phone customer support.

But, if you have a North American phone number, you can select the option to have eBay call you.
(If you don't have a +1 phone number, then use the human chat option instead.)
