Do you know which listing tool you are using?
- Business Lister (aka Advanced Listing Form aka SYI)
- "New" Unified Listing form
- Quick Listing form (unlikely)
- Mobile App (iOS or Android)
If using the new Unified Lister, you would need to hover your mouse over the image until the editing pencil appears. When you click the pencil, the popup will show the editing tools.
Had you previously uploaded photos and are now seeing an empty box for photos? Sellers have previously reported that photos have gone missing from older drafts.
The image below illustrates how a listing is started or resumed from a draft or sell-similar.
The "See photo options" (top right) will turn on more ways to upload your photos. On the screen shown below, click anywhere in the photo holder to open a file dialog, or simply drag photos from desktop to the photo holder. After the photos are uploaded, hover a photo and the pencil icon will appear, which can be clicked to open the editor.
I don't think I understand the problem. This thread is about the editing tools on photos, so that is what I am addressing.
Do you see what is shown in my screenshot? Or is the problem that you see no photo area at all? Or that you are unable to upload photos?
What browser are you using? Have you cleared your browser cache? Tried a different browser?
