Variation Drop box listings

Is anybody else having problems adding items to there existing auctions using the variation drop box? It has been 3 days now and still cant add anything to my listings. eBay says it is a sitewide problem and should be fixed shortly but still nothing ,Any info would be appreciated very much. Thank you..Abby

Abby, have your tried another browser? If using IE 11 or Edge, you might try Chrome or FireFox. Another member posted a similar issue about trying to list variations.

In their case, eBay was able to perform the functions the member could not, using Chrome.
