Crop Function in photo section not Working , even after clearing cache and cookies. Any suggestions?

The picture editing functions are very tightly related to your browser's "canvas" capabilities. eBay works directly with the capabilities that are built into the browser to perform all of the "canvas" editing operations. What browser and version are you using, and on what operating system?

Using Firefox and latest version, I've never had this problem before. Thanks for your reply.
