We have received some reports regarding Turbo Lister giving an error message when users are trying to add or revise their images.

Error: Failed to submit images.

FAQ

Q:  I just tried to add an image to a listing I listed through Turbo Lister, and now I’m getting an error message saying “Failed to submit images”. What do I need to do?

A:  To fix, either update to the latest version of Turbo Lister, or end the listing and relist listing. New images can be added to the ended listing(s) before uploading/relisting the listing within the Turbo Lister "Waiting to Upload" tab.

Greetings and Thanks for your support. Just Today I attempted to list a new item. Same as everyone else...Failed to submit images - I am currently running version 9.924.101.0 and attempted to Update with no luck. I then found this forum.
When I click updates it says "The API call "GetattributesXSL" is invalid "

As suggusted, I 1st closed and then right clicked on Turbo Lister as Admin and then attempted updates - Same message as before " The API call "GetattributesXSL" is invalid - After 16 years and a ton of templates, I really hope to keep my data. Kind Regards, Big-T

Get the same message. Updated turbo lister and it still does it. Very frustrating. I couldn't upload items last night or today at all.

Until EBay's computer guys figure out a fix, try this. (It worked twice for me.)

Delete all photos from your T-L listing, and upload it.  Then, go to EBay and "revise " your listing.  Add your photos.

We just got it to work.  The key was to uncheck one of the update boxes and do them one at a time, not together.  I right clicked on the Turbo Lister 2 icon, and selected "run as administrator".  Then we shut down the firewall for 15 minutes.   We then downloaded and installed the updates, one at a time, and then were able to upload our scheduled listings, without  the "pictures cannot be uploaded" prompt this time.

Hello, same issue as everyone else.  Looks like I need to delete and reinstall as my version is 9.916.101.1.

This worked like a CHAMP !! After doing only the first two steps my problematic listing that would not upload my image went right through. GOing to do the remaining updates now.

The update solved the problem for me, at least for now.  I simply want to THANK mykal for providing assistance that is actually helpful and hopefully sticking with us, keeping TL running as long as possible, until the very bitter end.

I've followed your instructions in trying to update as an administrator first the program, then the data.  The data fails.

I'm on version 9.917.101.0

I can not upload -- says no pictures linked

Is there a link to reinstal???

I have followed all of the directions in the messages to no avail.  My version of Turbo Lister is 9.914.101.1 and the update boxes are grayed out.  When trying to open as system administrator, all listings state FAILURE TO SUBMIT IMAGES.

I need help to get this working or a link to download a new one.  I have not found the download information anywhere.

It is the updates themselves. Ebay!!!! PLEASE STOP changing things. Every time you do it either slows us down or stops us in our tracks. Currently stopped.... Failed to submit images on 22 new auctions. I noticed you changed the ever living pancakes out of the leave feedback page between 10-22-2017 and 10-25-2017.....made that 10x more difficult than it was!!! removed the payment date??? WHY?????? So I can leave ++++feedback for someone that has not paid??????
