I am having the same problem, too. On my "My eBay" page I can see my
scheduled listings, but when I try to click on any of them, I get the
same "we looked everywhere" jive.
It's not related to the shutdown. USPS now has new designations for
international first class mailings-- one for documents, one for
packages. I don't think the on-line giants are programmed for this yet.

We just got it to work. The key was to uncheck one of the update boxes
