We have received some reports regarding Turbo Lister giving an error message when users are trying to add or revise their images.

Error: Failed to submit images.

Q:  I just tried to add an image to a listing I listed through Turbo Lister, and now I’m getting an error message saying “Failed to submit images”. What do I need to do?

A:  To fix, either update to the latest version of Turbo Lister, or end the listing and relist listing. New images can be added to the ended listing(s) before uploading/relisting the listing within the Turbo Lister "Waiting to Upload" tab.

Same as everyone else...Failed to submit images.

When I click updates it says "The API call "GetattributesXSL" is invalid...."

Any help would be great...I have tons to get listed.

I'm getting the "failed to submit images" error on turbo lister. When I try to update turbo lister, the application and data update check boxes are both grayed out, and turbo lister crashes if I attempt to update. I've tried everything I could find in the forum comments, including running as administrator. I still have the turbo lister 2 install file I originally installed it with, file version 15.0.0.591, so I removed turbo lister from my computer and reinstalled it. When I try to log in for the first time, I click the connect now button and an error window pops up that asks if I want to continue running scripts on this page. Whether I click yes or no, the logon window is just white, and the login boxes disapear. Is there another way that I can get this working again?

@almlg - Thank you for posting your concerns on this Community Board thread.

I'm sorry that you are running into this issue.

If Turbo Lister is needing admin permission to install all updates, you would need to run Turbo Lister as an "Administrator" before installing (attempt) updates by right clicking on your Turbo Lister icon and select "Run as an Administrator".

The other error that you received regarding "Fatal Error: Unable to upgrade..." means that Turbo Lister is too outdated and your database might be corrupted.

I'll reach outt you to help you get all this fixed.

@toyscout2 - Thank you for reporting this issue to us. I'm sorry that you are not able to install the updates.

If your Turbo Lister isn't too outdated, you can use the following steps to install updates:

*Start off with Turbo Lister closed.*

1. Run Turbo Lister as an "Administrator" by right clicking on the Turbo Lister icon and selecting "Run as an Administrator".

2. Once Turbo Lister is open and logged into your user file, go to "Tools > Check for Program Updates".

3. When Turbo Lister finds updates, you should be able to uncheck the "Data Updates" and "Listing Template Designer" updates, keeping on the "Application Updates" check. Please install this update first.

**Turbo Lister should restart.**

4. Finish by install all other updates by going to "Tools > Check for Program Updates". Install remaining updates.

After all updates are install by using this method, you'll be able to use Turbo Lister.

If you aren't able to uncheck any updates available, please respond back to this post and I will provide you with further steps.

I am having the same problem as everyone else. I was able to uncheck the template designer  update box  but not the others.When trying to update I get the message Turbo lister exe has stopped working.

I, too, am getting the "unable to upload pictures" prompt on Turbo Lister.   I tried downloading the Turbo Lister updates, but every time I get "Turbo Lister EXE has stopped working", during the installation process.   That prompt has been coming up for a few months, but I ignored it until now, since up to this point I have not had any problems with Turbo Lister uploading my auctions.   Thanks for any help you can give me.

@vkov - Thank you for reporting that the updates didn't fix your issue.

Please double check to see if updates was installed successfully. Sometimes if your Turbo Lister is too outdated, updates won't get install properly even if it says that updates was installed.

1. To check for update version, please open your Turbo Lister log files (tl.log) through Turbo Lister by pressing CTRL+ALT+L. 

2. Maximize the log file (notepad).

3. Lines aren't numbers, but start on the top line and count down to the 15th line.

4. Look for the update.exe file to the right and look at your version number.

Current version is 9.924.101.0. If your update.exe file is 3 version behind, you'll need to reinstall the program.

If it's not 3 version behind, please run updates again. Making sure that your Turbo Lister is being ran as an "Adminstrator". To run Turbo Lister as an "Admin", please right click on your Turbo Lister icon and select "Run as an Administrator".

If you need to reinstall, please review the email that I have sent to you.

I'm having the same problem. Error; Failed to submit images. I'm using TL version 9.922.101.0. It will not allow me to update. I cannot deselect the box to install just one portion of the updates, as both boxes are checked and grayed out. The program will attempt to download then update, then crashes. I've tried for 6 hours, and nothing is changing. I've tried running as admin, I've tried refreshing seller information. Is there a different link, or patch available? I have nearly 200 listings awaiting upload.
