Any good tools for bulk variants edit and copy listing between sites ?

I am looking for a tools can do following: 1. Can bulk edit variants (like build a variant profile and apply to multiple listings or add/)2. Can copy listings between different eBay sites (US to UK etc) Any good suggestions ? Thanks
