23 YEARS on ebay. 1 day shipping 30 day returns over 14,000 positive feedbacks. And I still can't get 10 % saving on final evaluations fee . Ebay is scamming me. I have a negative feedback that is not warranted in my opinion and that buyer that left it is lying on top of it all . I will be downgrading my store soon and changing all listings to 3 day handling and 14 day returns. You try to be the optimal ebay seller for over 23 years and get nothing in return. Time to search other selling platforms , mercari , face book , craigslist etc. AGAIN 14,000 PLUS POSITIVE FEEDBACKS AND FOR WHAT.

Goodbye and don't let the door hit you on the way out. Hope things work out better for you elsewhere.

As I understand it, in most categories, "free returns" is required to get that 10%.
Those listings show you as Top Rated Plus. Should get the 10%

You received those 14,000 plus feedback from actual buyers who paid you market price for the items you are selling. If you go to those other platforms then you really don't have a business but just looking to unload stuff you don't want. People who shop on Facebook or Craigslist just want bargain deals so they can resell the item or are looking for something cheaper than Ebay as in half off.

I have no idea why the OP is not getting their 10% on the items that qualify (many items are NOT free returns)

I had free returns up to 30 days plus same day shipping. But because someone left a negative feedback They took away the 10% discount. 1 negative which was unwarranted in my opinion

I have a fixed 8ft X 3.5ft Kitchen Island sitting there in middle of my Kitchen. Huge Island. Cabinets on both ends. Seating area down the center to entertain 4 Dinner Guests. It's been there for YEARS. Walking around in my little grippy socks one day I stubbed the living hell out of one of my big toes. First time in years. Couple of hours after that, time it took me to recover, I was already looking for Contractors to come remove that Kitchen Island. THEN I came to my senses.
23 Years, 14,000 Positive Feedback, and now you're going to quit all that because 1 buyer caused you to Stub Your Big Toe? It's hard to see the logic in that. 😄

You sold an item you didn't have and canceled the order.

It is now shown on every transaction ... it reduces the FVFs Top Rated Sellers pay eBay, green arrow on the screen shot below. Of course, I remember when it was 20% and they dropped it to 10%.

Well, I would guess all the money you presumably made to earn all that feedback.

I didn't even realize people were still chasing that FVF discount carrot. Once it went from 20% down to 10% it wasn't worth the hassle of it any more.

Feedback is not factored into your seller level at all. The negative feedback had no impact on your Top Rated Seller level nor the discount on final value fees.
You are still a Top Rated Seller, so the only thing that is determining if you get that discount is whether you offer Free Returns and 1 Day or faster Handling Time. It is applied per listing to the ones that qualify, not to your account as a whole.

Well if you sell a lot then it's worth it.

I thought it said you had 24 feedbacks revised...
maybe those counted before you had them revised?
Even still...
your number of positive feedbacks is impressive.
Doesn't seem right it being the feedbacks.

That’s because it’s not the feedback. Feedback is not used by eBay to assess seller accounts, at least not sellers based in the US or in other locations where eBay has a site for that country (it is used to assess Export Sellers, meaning from countries where eBay does not have a site, so we often see from the Middle East, Asia, and Africa that sellers are assessed much more strictly).
