Supports are giving wrong information

I now believe other sellers who have been complaining that support are ridiculously unknowledgeable. I am a top rated seller and paying a monthly subscription, just because I believed the support's information that was given to me, my account is now restricted. I have called the listing department so they can check the listings and they approved it and they promised if something happened like it was removed, all I have to do is to call and they will fixed it. So I called and agent on the phone said there's nothing they can do about it. And that he was sorry because the last 3 agents were giving me a wrong information.  So all the SR# I got were useless and none of them can resolve my issues.

I still see live listings... what did the message say about how are you restricted?

They said that my listings will not be visible. 2 agents said it was not restricted. So I honestly dont know. No one was able to give me right answer.

The message from Ebay said I an restricted for 10 days, because of the listing policy. Mesasge said that I wont be able to make new listing and my active listings will not be visible. One agent said that I should NOT follow the last agents promised. lol .
