What is the problem?

I see that you sold that item to a best offer, so the original asking price (in this case the start price for the auction) is shown in the list of sold items. eBay never displays the price for a best offer in the sold listings. Mostly, that is so that buyers won't get the idea that a seller will always be willing to accept offers for a certain amount off.

Re: Problem with listings under the sold/completed

That's curious... did it sell for $400 or $800? Either way, that's still curious... 🤔

Re: Problem with listings under the sold/completed

The problem? How many shoppers use the sold/completed list? It is a tool for sellers to use. What purpose would a buyer use it for, it won't change the prices of listed items so it is of no value to them. It is a problem when a seller is using it for pricing and the price shown is half of what it really sold for.  That is the problem.

The sold/completed list is not intended for sellers to make price comparisons. Not only are some prices incorrect, but many listings don't show up, and some that do show up were never paid for, and the listings are only shown for 90 days.

That is what Terapeak is for, which is available for all eBay selling accounts. It shows items that were sold and paid for, with the cost paid for shipping, and you can search back to as much as 3 years ago.

A Keyword search for your title on Terapeak shows the correct sold price for your bowl was $800. (@mtgraves7984 : FYI.)
