Hello,
I’ve been trying to list products on eBay using a CSV file for about a week now, but I just can’t get it to work. I keep receiving errors related to fields like "ListingDuration", "BuyItNowPrice", and "ReturnsAcceptedOption", and nothing I do seems to fix them.
I’ve read the documentation, checked forum posts, and reviewed every example I could find — over and over again. No matter what I do, every upload attempt ends in errors. I’ve been glued to my screen for days and honestly, I’m at my breaking point. I feel like I’m going to lose my mind. 😞
I’ve even opened multiple topics here on the community forums, but nobody is responding. Is it really that hard to help someone? I’m not asking for much — just a working example CSV file. Even a single product line would help me understand what I’m doing wrong.
Since I can’t upload files here, please feel free to email me directly.
Thank you so much in advance. I would truly appreciate any help, no matter how small. 🙏

Don't know anything about uploading with CSV files, but maybe someone will come along that knows.

I am sorry, this is not an issue I can help with. I have never loaded listings this way.
I will ask the mentor community if we have someone proficient with this tool. I believe @shipscript has retired.

@japanbaitstore I have previous experience uploading listings via csv. I’ll have to see if I can locate an example file, but can you do two things for me?
First, can you share one of the exact error messages you’re receiving?
Second, can you share the column names you’re using?

To get a template for a csv to upload, try going to this link and clicking on Get Template, then choose the options for the type of task you’re trying to complete: https://www.ebay.com/sh/reports/uploads
