Did we lose many of the photo editing options with the last change or am I missing it?  If gone it was a bad decision.

If you are using the Business Lister, the editing features are still there.

If using the Unified lister, click the thumbnail to open the editing overlay, where the editing tools reside.

The Quick Lister has only Rotate and Crop.
