Ebay use to provide the "total number of watchers" for your store. If it is still provided, I can't find it. Does anyone know if that total is still provided and if so, where is it? Thanks for you help.
I know many people find this "useless information" but it gives me an indicator of interest in my items.

eBay removed that summary section and there's no way to get it back.
They do have a quick filter for "listings with watchers" :
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active?listingActivity=withWatchers&source=filterbar&action=search
You can also sort your active listings by the watchers column by clicking on the column header.

In your active listings, you can add the watchers column if you want to see how many watchers you have.

Thanks, I know that I can look at them by listing and see how many watchers I have by item...I just wanted the grand total added up by ebay. I counted manually 753 watchers on 1500+items...seems high. Oh well was hoping that would bring that back rather than some of the other useless data! Just my opinion,

Thanks, I have done that on occasion!

On your listing page, on the main image, there is a heart in its upper right corner. To the left of the heart, is the number of watchers.
