New Templates

Anyone else having issues still on listing new templates? Three days now....

yes, I opened a case with Ebay a few days ago and they advised me to tell other people to report the issue.  You can contact them pretty easily though their Ebay Facebook page by sending them a message..

Trying since 02/04 will not save.
From seller hub>settings>listing template>create new template.
Then tried editing an existing template, same problem.

Try to save, goes into loop. Lose all my description text.

Is their a work around for this problem ?

The only work around I found is to use the new lister which I personally hate using.  The templates work when using the new lister.   But what I have been doing is switching to the new lister and updating the template and then switching back to the classic lister.

Also I would suggest reporting to Ebay that you are having an issue with the templates.  You can contact them easily by using their Facebook page and sending them a message..

Hi @angeldianescollectibles and @beacon1040! I appreciate the reports and have added your accounts to the ticket. As @super_sunny_sales noted, you can use the new listing format as a workaround for now.
