How do I send a potential buyer an offer with the new messages board? In the past, when a customer asked a question about an item I was able to reply to the message and send and offer at the same time.

For unknown reasons eBay didn't integrate "reply with offer" into the new messaging system. IMO, that feature should have been integrated into the new messaging without question.

I flip back to the old message board when needing to "reply with offer."

The feature will be added to the new messaging system at some point.

The new system is beta. A lot of features are missing. The new message system has a place to provide feedback and suggestions. I just flip back and forth when I need to handle something that is missing.
