Multi-User Account Access - Access To Main Account Messages

Why hasn't permissions to access Messaging functionality been enabled within MUAA? Is this a pending update/improvement?

We have three full-time eCommerce employees, and we'd like to give them their own unique login so we can track their activity within our account. But they need access to respond to messages when the eCommerce manager is out w/o needing to use the eCm login.

In an ideal world, the MUAA would grant main account holders the right to delegate access to all layers of the account to a specific login (outside of our main company login).

We are having the same issue. 

I'm not sure how helpful MUAA is without employees being able to handle all the basic aspects of selling on eBay - including messages from buyers & potential buyers.  Ideally, we'd like to see the employee that listed the item as well as the main account get notifications when a new message is received and both have access to these messages to reply.

After meeting face-to-face with an eBay Senior Product Manager last week at the eBay Open, they confirmed they will be rolling MUA messaging to employee accounts at the end of October 2023 (later this month).

This will make our day-to-day simpler and improve communication with our buyers.  So excited!

Yes, it would be perfect to grant permission for messages. Please add this feature.
