Is there a way to bulk send offers automatically to future interested buyers?

I see the option show up when I select individual items to send offers to, but not when I select multiple items.

Hi @reducingewaste! You should be able to select more than one item to send automated offers for future purchases. I did one on my own account so you can see that it worked and I'll include a screen shot below. Are you getting some kind of error? Let us know more if you're still running into issues and hopefully we can help you to get offers to your potential buyers.

That is a coupon if they make a purchase. If you select only one item to send offers to, the choices change. I do not want to send a coupon.

I guess I'm a little confused then @reducingewaste and I don't have any new options to test out sending offers. I thought you were trying to automate sending offers to future interested buyers in bulk based off your post, so I was going with that.

I know that you can click 'Send Offers' and then from the dropdown menu, choose 'Offer amount' and select 'Amount off' or choose 'Percent off'. Amount off and percentage off is only available for bulk seller initiated offers. (A seller individual offer requires entering a new offer amount.)

I also know that you can enable offers to be sent automatically to future interested buyers as is what I thought you were originally referring to. I can give you some additional specifics below if they'll help:

  • The offer price, message, duration and offer settings (such as allowing counteroffers) are all carried over to offers sent automatically.
  • Offers will be sent to up to 30 interested buyers.  If you have more than 30 interested buyers, we start by sending 30 offers. We continue to send up to 30 offers every 48 hours until all interested buyers receive the offer.
  • After you send an offer, you can change the settings for your automatic offers by going to Offer Settings in Active Listings in Seller Hub. Here you’ll be able to:
    • Enable or disable offers from being sent automatically.
    • Adjust the automatic offer amount.
    • Turn on or off counteroffers.
    • Change your message.

If this additional info doesn't help though, please give me a little more detail, along with some screen shots as to what you're wanting to do. I'd like to assist in any way possible.
