greetings to the helpful folks who offer actual - real help.  Alot of time folks don't like reading about how smart you are, we just want help in fixing our problems, you know who's who.

ERROR message below:

Inkfrog user 16+ years

Windows 11, google chrome, 4 month old computer

Windows 10, firefox vintage computer, just tried as an alternate, to bounce against and the listing were all made on this computer.

Unable to create / edit / save / schedule say a copy cat listings that were made /created years ago, they were also scheduled and launched earlier in this week.....

example 100 yellow ?'s , duplicated to 100 green %'s symbol.

I'm smart enough to know and dont go snooping around perfectly good listings to make improvements.

No bells nor whistles, issues been here the last 2 days, did clear settings / privacy security clear cache polka dance to no avail. Updated the token, which didn't need to be.

Yeah, I've had the same problem & message since about 9AM and there's a couple other posts about it on the "ask a mentor" board. Has nothing to do with your computer or op system, I think  Just another one of those temporary glitches Inkfrog has now & then. Probably be OK tomorrow but I sure had some things I wanted to list today. Oh well, I've used Inkfrog for 20 years or so with few problems & I'm grandfathered in at $9.95 a Month so it's all good

I've had the same issue for two days, I had to check and make sure I paid my bill. Well, I had paid and Inkfrog assured me that it was temporary but that was yesterday... I gotta pay the bills. Hopefully fixed soon, it takes forever to list on Ebay itself.

I sell on my website, eBay, and in a physical store. Having ink frog helps me sync inventory to ebay when I sell items though the other platforms but now I've been dealing with this issue since Thursday night and ended up over selling items because of the sync issues as well. Emailed them several times and all I am told is to manually edit it in eBay until they fix the issue. 3 days and they still have no answers. But of course it being a weekend I'm not even sure if their tech team works on the weekend.  Wish they would fix the issue already.

I'm sorry were in this together....I sent out 3 diff emails last night, hopefully someone there will bite. I also called the One 800 # for generic purposes, is it still the same no response or the generic "we'll forward this info to the stealth tech team there"?

Something fell out for me, around 2:13 a.m, ran thru till 4:45 a.m on thursday morning 18th. a page & a half EVENT history hic cups pertaining to :

 Automatically synced inkFrog profiles for eBay item?

& Unable to sync payment profile for eBay item?

& Automatically synced return profile for eBay ?

& Automatically synced payment profile for eBay?

and more blah blah blah

What scares me the most that these are all long time listings that have work effortlessly for years.

Sure hope this gets fixed better then the s/h discounts not always working properly.

Yep, same here! After 2 days I've bitten the bullet and am listing directly to ebay from ebay.  I've had IF for over 20 years, so I've never listed via Ebay itself. Maybe I'll find out I don't even need IF.

When I was bouncing around on Inkfrog yesterday trying to figure out WTH was going on I selected an unsold auction listing, hit sell similar & changed a few things (auction to FP & price) clicked launch and it went through

So it theory there's a workaround to create new listings, select an unsold, hit sell similar & rewrite the listing & replace pictures. Sort of a pain but not much more than creating a listing from scratch. I'll be trying that out in a day or two if they don't get this straightened out

As I too was able to trick a couple from my unsold just messing around, my inkfrog blocker is any time I try & save something / click save, I get the ......You've exceeded daily limit blah blah......

I did get the generic we dont care response:
