Promoting Item's but not haveing conversion's

It's been more than 10 years, I am selling on eBay unfortunatley I have notied a down trend with my sales, and from past week I am having almost no conversion's, I am using advanced promting tool and standard promotion's for my item's. 

The traffic towards my listings is good however not having coversion's. 

Your precious thought's and assistance will be greatly appritiated.

With money getting tighter, I think buyers are shopping around more, looking for the best deals on new items.

Although you may be getting "views" they may not be relevant views. Ebay has been just slamming promoted listings down buyer's throats even if they were not even searched for.  You may be getting views from people who searched for car parts but your bird type listings were shown and they clicked on it out of curiosity with no intent to purchase.

    You could try ending your promotion and doing a sale instead. You will probably get more serious buyers that actually organically searched for your category.

     Same cost to you but actually benefits the buyer, generating more interest.
