TLDR: https://www.sarweb.ebay.com/sar to request all your eBay data.
Like many other people on here, I've been trying to find a way to get an Orders Report for orders made over 90 days. eBay has infuriatingly and incomprehensibly limited your sales history to only 90 days. I've heard of customers filing fraudulent "did not receive" claims on day 89, and then you have no data or recourse to prove they received it, and eBay refunds their money.
And just like a lot of people here, I grew increasingly frustrated that menu options were missing in my account.
Others have said, "Oh, just go to My eBay > Account > Personal Information > Request my eBay Data".
But, "Request my eBay Data" was never in the menu list. It just looked like this:
After hunting and hunting, I finally just typed "Request my eBay Data" in the Help search and it gave me this link that lets you request the historical data:
https://www.sarweb.ebay.com/sar
Now the part that really grinds my gears is that when I went back to My eBay menu, "miraculously" the new menu item "Request your eBay data" appeared.
So they've gone out of their way to limit the amount of information you can have about your own account (90 days worth), and then gone even further out of their way to keep you from requesting that data even though they have it.

Your screenshots show two different pages. The "request eBay data" is still not available on the Account tab of "My eBay", when accessed from the account profile, as on your first screen.
The second screen always did show the "request eBay data" and is quickly accessed from your avatar as "Account Settings".
Account - Private Data
I also have an issue with the two tabs showing different content, depending on direction of access. For instance, if you arrive at the Profile page (your first screenshot, and then click Activity, and click back to Account, the second screen appears (the one that I typically access from the avatar).
Could you take this complaint to the programmers?
The Account tab ( https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile ) for the profile (OP's first screen) should also include the link to request archived personal data as shown on the account settings page ( https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas ) my included screenshot.

OMG, THANK YOU!
The way the various ebay help article describe it (My eBay > Account > Personal Information > Request my eBay Data) did not work for me either because the last link is simply not there.
I tried this suggestion of searching in the help, and bingo! The first article that showed up had a link that worked. THANK YOU!
And thanks to the commenter who explained how to quickly get to the "request my ebay data" page next time, by going through the avatar:
Avatar (Hi, YourName! in top left corner) > Account Settings > Under personal info on LHS menu, Request Your Personal Data

You are a life-saver. I was searching for how to do this simple operation for quite a while now, and the best I could find was that dead thread saying "Oh, just go to "Personal info" and you'll be able to request your info there!" - Of course, that did not work. I was thrilled to find your solution!
Your link works perfectly. Thank you!

Wow, thanks that is a big help. For as much money as ebay makes off of us to pull this crap and even after the shoddy book keeping on their part as far as our sold history (which should be browsable for at least a year) is really extra sorry.
One note, on big items I am selling I have learned since their system is so sorry to save the web page to my system with links and images intact each time I update my big ticket items for sale. This is easy to do for instance in Chrome just right click on your page in a spot with no images, "save as" option and choose save as webpage complete.
