Picture uploader not working

The picture uploader is not working. If I do the Sell Similar routine, I can delete the old picture, but when I try to upload a new one, the little blue circle spins for about five seconds, then goes away. Nothing. Unless this is fixed, of course, new listing are not possible. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Never mind. I think I have isolated the problem. The latest version of the browser Opera must be a real disaster. It does not work well doing much of anything. I find the picture uploader worked just find when I switched to doing eBay on Microsoft Edge. I conclude that it is not eBay's fault. Carry on.
