HTML links in description not working in eBay iPhone app

Hi the 'view my other items' html link to my eBay shop is no longer working in the latest iPhone app. It works fine on the full site, the mobile site and on the android eBay app. It's not just mine the isn't working as I've been clicking on other sellers links and none of them work in the eBay iPhone app. I've contacted eBay about the issue and they cannot help. This is the code I'm using below, is there any way I can get it working again? I really know very little about coding so I'm at a loss. Thanks for any help.

Let me reiterate what I have previously posted.

I still have the old app, so clicking a link jumps out of the old app and opens a browser page on the iPhone.

I believe eBay is preventing that "jump" out of their new app.

I have clickable links in my descriptions that lead to a category in my store (with similar listings) and to the store itself.  When I click on these links on my Android phone when I am in the ebay app, they lead me to the correct pages but it looks like it's outside the ebay app, on a regular browser. If I then click on any of the listings on those pages, it goes nowhere.  I notice that at the top of the screen the ebay app still shows that I am in the original description. If I close the description, I am back to the original listing and the linked pages go away.  So basically the links don't do me any good.

If I use my browser (Chrome) on my phone to go to ebay, instead of using the app, everything works fine.  Well, actually the links to my category pages no longer work since the latest update...they get forwarded to my store page instead.  But that's another issue, which I am in the process of fixing.

I really wish this would work within the app.  Has to be frustrating to the buyers.

I’m having a similar issue on my iPhone 

If I try to view similar items on eBay, it tells me there were too many redirections, and nothing appears.

Also, from eBay emails with items from favourite sellers, it won’t open the links.

I’ve tried deleting history & cache but it doesn’t help.

I'm also getting the similar issue. Whenever I try to open the link in webview it doesn't open and when I try to open in chrome browser it automatically closes the tab.
