Followers missing on page

I recently lost all my followers for some reason, I go to some other pages and still see them on other people pages. I had 4 of my friend follow my store last week and still today I dont see any followers. Is this new or is it not longer showing for certain profiles?

I see followers on sellers with stores and without stores, but there is no follower designation on sellers who have no followers.  I don't see any followers on your store so something has happened to your account. Have you recently renamed your store?

I did rename it. Then i had friends to re add me to see if that would resolve issues but they added me as saved seller and all and i still dont see followers
