First Class Shipping option on Ebay App not working

Im trying to list on the app and I am unable to pick First Class as a shipping option for First Class weighted items.  First Class is not even showing up as an option to pick for shipping despite entering First Class weights.  This is causing me to have to list the item as Priority then switching to the desktop to work around the issue and put it as First Class there. Please fix.  This is really slowing down the listing process. Thank you.

Someone mentioned that listing and then revising worked for them, but I don't know if they remained on the app when doing so.
