Filexchange revise changing the "Quantity" field with variations

Hello people i have a problem triying to change (not increase) the quantity field of a big listing (more than 100k products) with variants (that makes a total of aprox 1 million of lines in excel). I would like to chage the field quantity (more exactly initial quantity and actual quantity) to 10 in every variant without take care of what number it had on it previously.

I have tried to download the "revise price and quantity" file from filexchange that contains all my products and variations, i changed the quantities to 10, deleted the field columns not necesary and i solved (i think) a problem of having products on multiples sites. I have been testing with 2 products only and now i have a big problem and is that filexchange tells me an error that i have to put the variants header options on every product, for example, this is what i think filexchange needs:

For a few products there is no problem but my listing has more than 100k and the template that i downloaded of "revise price and quantity" doesn't have this header correctly (it has the first variant instead of all variants with the correct format). I have tried to delete the "RelationshipDetails" and "Relationship" fields and the variations lines but filexchange needs strict the variations with it's details to change the quantities.

Is there any way to change (not increase) the quantity field of a big listing with variants without having to put the variants header ?? In fact, why filexchange ask me for "RelationshipDetails" if i only want to revise the quantity ?? Any solution, please ??

Files can only have up to 150,000 rows and cannot be over 5 MB in size

Try smaller file sizes. You may also need to increase your FileExchange Limits.

Thanks dollybeauty for this info, i didn't know it (another problem more to take in mind, but in this case i can split the final csv in parts XD) but the real problem is that in tests i have done (with 2 products only) filexchange needs the variations header (on relationship details) of every product to change its quantity and the "revise price and quantity" csv that you can download from their page doesn't contents that data. And i can't add this data to every product manually because they are more than 100k products.

If anyone knows an alternative to update the quantity without dependence of relationship details or any excel script that can refill the necesary data would be the solution.

The rules of FileExchange are strict to guaranteer that the correct changes are made to correct items.

No there is no other way to do this.

You should be able to do this fairly easily using the Revise price and quantity report and Excel.

You might look at the Standard FE report and the Product identifiers report to see if the RelationshipDetails are reported on those reports. If so, this may make the task easier.

I do know that that info is available on a TurboLister export file, and should also be available on any of the third party listing tools.

I hgave not run a standard report from FE for a while, so I do not remember, but the Product identifiers report does indeed have the RelationshipDetails field on it.
