I am trying to include two images:

Image 2 - Frame mockup of image for sale
I am having problems uploading both images via file exchange.
Screenshot attached, what am I doing wrong? hopefully someone can help?
Thanks
Chris

What you have displayed looks ok on the surface. However, there could be other issues in the file that is preventing a successful listing.
What error(s) are you getting? What do you have in cells A1-A4?

All other lines are fine.
Its just the problem with uploading two seperate images using file exchange
If you look at this listing
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/383272558532
It has two images showing
1. Actual image of print
2. Mockup of print
In the variations both have image one the actual image of print.
How do upload image 2 via file exchange so it shows as in the listing above?

The format for the PicURL for the master record can be either a single photo like this:
https://www.imagehost.com/image1.jpg
or can be multiple photos separated with a pipe delimeter like this:
https://www.imagehost.com/image1.jpg|https://www.imagehost.com/image2.jpg
Photos for each variation are formatted differently. See the examples at the bottom of this page:
http://shipscript.com/ebayhelp/lister_hub/creating_ebay_variations.htm
In the PicURL column, the photo to be assigned to a variation must be preceded by the name of the variation.
Print size=https://www.imagehost.com/image1.jpg
or multiple photos can be assigned like this:
Print size=https://www.imagehost.com/image1.jpg|https://www.imagehost.com/image2.jpg
The photos for a variation can then share the line with any variation, not requiring that the photo URLs be on the same line as the designated variation. The name that precedes the URL, rather than the row number, will handle the assignment.

The listing you wish to emulate does not have any variation photos. Both images are uploaded to the master record and nothing is provided for the variations. Switching between variations does not change the photos.
If the listing had 2 photos for the master and for each variation, you would see at least six photos in the lineup, and as each variation is selected, the photos would scroll to the appropriate variation. In the example listing, the master record was the correct place to add the photos. Only if your mockup showed something different for each variation would you add photos to the variations.
Alternatively, if your variations looked different, like different colors or different framing, you would include variation photos.
I'm not sure that I would include a framed mockup if framing is not an option. This could lead to confusion.
