Please post your request for an increase to your File Exchange daily limit here. Please understand that by default the daily limit is set at 5k actions per day. We are happy to review your account for an increase if you would like to request it. We will review the request and reply here once we are able to increase your limit.

Due to account privacy, we will not state your actual File Exchange daily limit when we reply to your request. If you would like to know what your current limit was set to, you can email to turbodata@ebay.com.

Please increase my limit - we are being blocked from listing more items.

I'd like to request that our limit is increased to 100,000 on ebay France, Germany, Spain and Italy. We are trying to list vehicle parts onto those sites and the compatibility information means the limit is hit with just two or three items.

Hi Jacob,

Could you please increase our limit. I have 2,600 listings that all need compatibility information added. The total file size is about 265,000 lines of vehicle data. It would be great to add all of these at once so the bigger the limit the better. 😉

I could really use your help! I tried calling support during business hours but could not get through.

Hi,

I am using FE years but yesterday I have a problem.

I saw the a message about daily limit.

It was strange because I have not upload something last 24 hours.

After many tries I found that if CSV file was bigger that 2 MB then do not upload and give me a message about daily limit.

I split CSV to many smaller files and works!

But it was painful and timeless.

What happens?

If you raise my limits may it works?

Hello @tonia31store ,

Your limits were set to the standard 5,000. I have now increased them and please let us know if you continue to see that message. Typically all files have to be under 15 MB so I find it odd you were getting that message at 2 MB. No worries, just let me know if it happens again.

Can you PLEASE help me? I use Teapplix for shipping integration. The Token shows it is accepted - but I cannot get orders to flow in. I CAN'T GET HELP? I have spent an hour trying to get a human to help. My software company says "it's eBay". Is there a PHONE NUMBER??? None of the "help" topics are "helpful". They don't apply!
