Can't edit templates - error with no explanation.

I tried calling customer service, but the person couldn't understand what I was talking about and eventually just had me search the eBay help files and told me to read about how to create templates. So, I'm kind of at a loss here....

Anyway, I can't edit any of my templates. I've tried deleting them and starting over, and everything creates fine. I can list items using my current templates and newly created ones. I just can't edit them. I have no visible error messages, all required information filled in, but when I click to save I get this:

"Your listings have errors and weren't submitted

The listings you just tried to submit have errors. Click Fix errors and then submit the listings after you fix them.

error
1 listing did not update"

It WILL NOT tell me what the error is or give me any more information. This happens across the board to any template, brand new or years old. And to be clear, this is a new problem with something that I've done a thousand times before without issue.

Any help is appreciated!

Are you using LastPass password tool?  If so, it is inserting scripts into your item description. I'm guessing that the "Fix errors" option is probably eBay's script removal tool attached to the description editor, and this tool might not be working in templates.

If LastPass is the issue, you will need to turn it off prior to creating or editing a listing.

Nope. I was able to chat with the live help folks, one of them finally said it was an error from their last update and they'd fix it in 3-5 days. That was a week ago. Now they just keep bouncing me around on phone calls with support folks that don't even know what a template is, so I really don't know what to do here.
