Hi,

Please can you increase our limit to 50k per day. We need to make frequent changes to our items price and in-stock values based on our suppliers and intend to increase the number of listings we currently have in the near future.

Hello,

I hope you can help me. I'd liked to ask you to increase my ebay.de daily File Exchange Limit.

Currently, I've 500 products on eBay with over 150 variants each one. My standard CSV file has over 80K rows... and I'm unable to upload my file because of this daily limit. I often must change quantity, price and add new variants to all my products on eBay. Now I do everything manually, by editing each of the products and that takes many days.

So please, change my limit if you've such permissions. I'll be very grateful.

I have raised your File Exchange daily upload limit according to your file specifics that you have provided. Please keep in mind that there are other limits that is hard set to our system that I don't have access to adjust, such as the follow:

- 1 single file can't exceed more than 15 MBs.

- 1 single file can't exceed a line limit of 150,000.

My limit is fine yet I keep getting an error saying that the site can't be reached, been for the past couple days, and word on fixing this, was working fine up until a few days ago and now I can't upload anything, just returns an error at this link.

Please keep in mind that with a higher limit, there are other limitations that we can't adjust.

- 1 single file can't exceed more than 15MB in size.

- 1 single file can't have more than 150,000 lines of information.

I've been attempting to upload 250 new listings and have been fixing the errors I had one by one, re-uploading a new file each time and then continuing to fix the errors. Unfortunately, once I had gotten 240/250 of my listings to give a success response utilizing the verifyadd feature, I was then given a "daily upload limit reached," message. I'm very disappointing that I have not been able to contact anyone via phone or email that can help me increase my limit until Monday; almost three full days of potential sales lost because of an arbitrarily small upload limit set in place. Not only would I appreciate an increase in my daily upload limit; but I feel it's necessary to increase the default limit for all accounts, or, train the staff that is employed 24/7 in overseas call centers to handle this simple task. Thank you sincerely for your much appreciated time. Seems like Mykal, you're the only person on the planet who cares about your job.
