As I understand it, eBay's duplicate listing dashboard had been a part of Selling Manager Pro (but I don't have that program to test).  Additionally, a filter on any new listing creation should also detect a duplicate during the creation process.

If neither of those work for you, this tool will detect duplicate titles that are within active listings so that you can determine if they are truly duplicates, and will also provide a link to end the duplicates.
