I am sure that I am not the first to say this but the eBay Customer Service is horrendous and YES, it gets even worse when dealign with people from overseas (Phillipines). Does anyone know the timezones of when calls are routed only within the US?

Just look at the waking hours around the globe. The Philippines is 12 hours away from the east coast, so when are they sleeping? However, with so many agents working from home, hours could have become rather irregular. Also, the biggest complaint members have with international customer support is the language barrier. Even in Utah, eBay may be employing local customer support agents who originated from other countries, so trying to get a US agent may not solve that complaint.
I usually don't have a problem understanding the Philippinos, but the Indians occasionally lose me. They speak faster than I can think and the occasional twist on pronunciation or choice of words, and extra syllables, will throw me off. I have to ask them to slow down a bit, and that helps. And when calling stores here in the US, I have had to ask the other party to please pull down that mask and speak clearly because Mmmrphmfff-mahhmmff-annnmmffphm just doesn't come across as language. LOL.
