Hey @vintagedecorstore . On the page where you create a markdown sale event, you'll see a row of 4 image cells. You can choose from the 3 images that eBay auto-fills from items in your markdown. If you don't want to use any of those 3 images, the 4th cell is a field where the seller can add their own image. If you "copy" a previous markdown, it will bring in the same image you uploaded and you'll see a pencil icon to remove the image and replace it with something else. But as I said, only that 4th image can be customized and you select only 1 of the 4 images to be the featured image.

You have no current active sale events so you won't see anything on that page right now.
Eventually, at some point in 2024, eBay will be adding a Sale tab to stores and we're hoping they will include sales and promotions in addition to the coupons they plan to start with.
