I just realized, upon visual comparison with an authentic 3M 8210 N95 mask in an official 3M package (purchased at Home Depot) that the 2 masks I bought are both counterfeit. Obviously eBay doesn’t want to admit there are thousands of fake products sold here, so the reporting process is clunky, clumsy, and super outdated. Can anyone assist with the actual steps to report the counterfeit items so the seller will stop selling them to unsuspecting buyers? Thanks.

Every listing has a "report" link. It is above the description on desktop and near the bottom of the first screen on the mobile app.
When reporting the listing, select these options:
1. Copyright and trademark
2. Counterfeit item or authenticity disclaimer
3. Counterfeit, fake, or replica items
4. "Continue" to open Comment box.
If your purchase is recent, you can open a "not as described" request in the Resolution Center for return/refund:

the seller you bought the mask from has horrible feedback.Ebay will do little when it comes to counterfeits except to offer lip service.you do not think ebay is goig to shut them down do you.
I have had plenty of straps break on my blue walmart masks..I would say you took the appropriate course of action.you will never ever get satisafaction from ebay when it comes to counterfeits
