I had to revise some pictures that were sideways.........on the new listing form

Took well over a minute to process the flip.

I switched to the Classic form (commenting about the time on the why did you change)

Took less than 10 sec to flip one...........

elizabeth@ebay could you pass that along to the Listing Form team..........

If we are going to have 24 pictures at some point..........the New Listing Form HAS to be able to process pictures faster..........

How did you switch back to the old form? When I click the 3 dots at the top of page I don't have an option to go back.

I still have the option to switch.......

Background is I use 6 Bit, so don't use the listing form.......but ever since they've had the New form and I've had to revise a picture, I've had the slow loading (and reported it on their form when I've switched back to Classic). I've mentioned it on the boards several times, but got the "it must be you" answer. This time I got the idea of switching back to classic just to see the difference.........and decided to try to raise a stink since they are going to kill Classic for everyone before long. I know nothing about programming, but I don't see how the difference can be explained by "you must have slow loading time from your internet connection"......... since the pictures were already on Ebay (and had been for a coupe of days before I saw they were sideways)..... the difference in times when I revised 2 different pictures in the different forms was amazing.

I'm not sure what is causing this for you but it is not affecting my photo flipping time, which is far less than 10 seconds. Hope they don't fix the wrong thing.

Hi @dhbookds. Sorry for my delay. I will pass this along to them, ~that this is occurring for random users at times~, and something that needs to be looked into.

Thanks Elizabeth..........it's always occurred for me and better half.....using both Firefox & Chrome...... if they can't replicate it.........I'd sure like to know........
