Changing store url

I have changed the name of my shop but the url of the shop is not changing. What should i do in order to change it?

The solution mentioned above does not work anymore.
I've spent some time searching how old store interface can be accessed now in 2022 and want to share the method I found. Just use this link - https://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?StoreDisplaySettings and you will be able to edit your store URL and some other things not accessible via modern interface.

Apparently, eBay has blocked every link that goes to any information on how to update your URL to the new store name. They are the ONLY online company that seems to be blocking their sellers from doing this.

The only effective way to change the store URL is to close the store and open a new one. The listings will continue to run on your account and will migrate to the new store. However, they would need to be manually assigned to the new store categories.

Because eBay allows re-opening the same store within 30 days of closing, the name and old URL will be linked for 30 days beyond closing. Discussions of workarounds with eBay staff can be found here:
