Cannot log in to Turbolister

I'm in France for 1 year, so I need to save my eBay listings. When I try to open Turbo Lister, there are a few script errors, then I type my eBay username, but the Continue button stays disabled.

Is there a fix or is there another free tool that would allow me to save my listings so I can re-use them in 1 year?

Re: Cannot log in to Turbolister

Turbo Lister was retired several years ago. Since that time, sellers could open the tool to access data stored on the PC, but could not synchronize with eBay. Eventually, the tool would not open at all, but setting the computer clock backwards several years allowed some to regain access to the tool. You might try that, although I am not sure you would be able to pull in listings.

When Turbo Lister was retired, eBay recommended SixBit as a migration path and subsidized a free first  few months. That offer has expired, and I don't know if that service will pull in existing eBay listings.

I see that you have an Auctiva scroller. You might check with them.

As a last resort, you could use eBay's Seller Hub to download a spreadsheet of your existing listings. The spreadsheet will not include the photos or descriptions, and probably won't include the item specifics.

These three free online tools can pull in some of that information (photos, description, item specifics), but you would have to use the item numbers to match up the data. At least you would have the data archived.

The other missing fields would be package details for shipping.

Re: Cannot log in to Turbolister

What a detailed response! Thank you. It helped me try Auctiva and I can do it this way. It says "For listings that were not created and posted via Auctiva you would need to wait for the items to close on eBay and then import them from the Closed Listings page of your Auctiva account into your Saved Listings within 90 days of them closing. ".

Hi @grandperemiami,

Turbo Lister was retired a few years ago.  There is a third-party program called SixBit that is somewhat similar to Turbo  Lister. It is not free, but I believe they offer a free 30 day trial.

As far as saving your listings, if they are fixed price items and you have the out of stock feature turned on in selling preferences, you could revise them and change the quantity to 0. They would remain active but they be hidden from buyers while the quantity is 0. I want to point out that if a listing runs 180 days with a quantity of 0, then eBay would end it. So you would probably have to relist the items after 180 days.
