Can't open any store. Too many redirects.

Ebay site has an issue with stores for a week already.

When I open any store it redirects me by following chain

https://www.ebay.com/str/japan4youstore

->

http://stores.ebay.com/japan4youstore

->

https://www.ebay.com/str/japan4youstore

->

http://stores.ebay.com/japan4youstore

and so on...

It happens in all browsers, and I wonder why this still isn't fixed.

Sounds like the recent issue with ebay users in Asia (that I thought was fixed )
