A buyer from August 13 left me feedback today or maybe yesterday. I don't see a "blue" button to leave them feedback. I can leave feedback for an item from August 19 that has not even been received yet so this implies that feedback is not based on how long it has been since an item shipped.
The items shipped for which I have feedback did not have a tracking number. Is there a delay of some days until Ebay is clear the items were received and I'll be able to leave feedback in some days? Thanks
Going to my Ebay with a different browser did not get me the "blue leave feedback" seen for all other sales. When I go to my feedback and at the bottom click on leave feedback it gives me ways to leave feedback for other buyers but not the one who left me feedback today. Their items are not shown on my "leave feedback" page.
I cleared cache for Chrome and Firefox and still no link to leave feedback for this buyer. I can reply to their feedback and if all else fails I can use that to post + comments that way.

Is the buyer still registered? Item listing still viewable? Any chance you have already left feedback for that transaction?
