Can't add new items to existing promotion...

So I have an existing shipping discount on comics. I list a new book, go to "edit" on the promotion and then when I try and "Edit Selected Item" it just freezes there...I tried Safari and Google Chrome, thinking that might be it. Anyone else getting this?

I had this issue when trying to add exclusions to a discount. I ended up creating a new discount that was identical but included the exclusions and then deleted the first one.

I have 300 items in this promotion...I'm not sure making a new promo every time I add listing is a good idea.
