Can't add new items to existing promotion...

So I have an existing shipping discount on comics. I list a new book, go to "edit" on the promotion and then when I try and "Edit Selected Item" it just freezes there...I tried Safari and Google Chrome, thinking that might be it. Anyone else getting ...
