Buyer sent a return request

I sold an item to a buyer like a month ago she requested a return I think buyer did it  on purpose to wait until the last day to send a request my question is am I obligated to accept the request? What happens if I do? And what happens if I don’t? Buyer claims the item does not match the listing but it clearly does also buyer is claiming that I agreed to include an “extra” item which i didn’t

Sold on June 26th; 30 day MBG starts the date of Delivery- BUT..

Since you 'don't accept returns' the only way you will be forced to take the return is if buyer opens as a 'not as described'. 

I would do nothing, not respond and wait to see if buyer opens a 'return case' and again, if they use most ANY Other 'reason' (and you'll know it) you will be allowed to 'decline' the return (which I would).

Has the buyer filed an INAD or just contacted you about the item.

If they file an INAD, you either refund and let them keep it or accept the return, pay return shipping and give a full refund when it's returned.
